The Form Handler is quick and dirty. Not customizable, really.

You can do what you want using the tools on form tools toolbar.

Then, in the form properties, you can choose to use the built-in Form Handler -or- use a script of your choosing for processing the form.

FormM@iler from dbMasters is a good choice. Written in PHP.
