Site doesn't display right when opening from another comp.

Postby wirkkalaj » Sat Jun 23, 2007 6:31 am

I have a small network here and if I have a site that I built on one computer and try to open from another, not all of the pictures display properly, and it says the current site style has been deleted. This happens whether I open the .nod file from my network places or copy everything to the other computer. What can I do about this?

Fusion stores the paths of resources used a the site. If you open a nod across a network, those paths aren't valid.

If you create a site on one computer and want to work on it on another, you need to export a template of the site on the original computer in Site view and then make a new site in Fusion on the second computer.

Alternately, you can create and store sites in a network folder accessible from both computers with the same mapped drive letter.

I've done that on a network in the past. Works well.
