Adding rel="nofollow" to navigation buttons

Is there a way within Fusion to add a rel="nofollow" tag to a navigation button link?

With a text link I can add it using the html button in the link dialog.

I would prefer not to have to add it to a navigation button outside of Fusion.

You can do it, but you need to use custom navbars with external links, rather than automatic navbars with internal links.
