We use this one on BeyondFusion.

If you download it, you find that it supports English.

Do you mean how to install it or to use it?

I found it to be pretty self-explanatory to use. Lot's of help in the user interface.

Granted, it takes a little while to get your head around it, since it's not a simple program.

Once you've set up a mailing list, go to Tools and use the Subscription Form Generator to generate the code for a sign-up form on your web site.

You can use the code or look at how it works and use the Fusion form tools to emulate it.

I have now got the automated newsletter working well - with one exception.

Attachments - does it permit PDF files to be sent as attachments?

I can get it to attach word docs and images etc.

But it just seems to ignore PDF files?

Any ideas?

Probably a file size issue. Go to the configuration page. You'll see a section for file attachments. Make sure the file size setting is larger than the size of the pdf you're trying to attach.

You export the Word doc as HTML and then copy/paste.

You'll have to deal with images if there are any.

I tried that however when I preview the newsletter via the "preview" it doesn't display it correctly - i.e there are no line breaks etc.

If I copy and paste the word doc into Fusion and publish as a web page and then link to the URL - it displays the text OK in the newsletter tool.

But what I want to do is just save the word doc as HTML (as you suggested) and then cut and paste into the WANEWS
dialog box.
My question is, What do I open the file that I have saved as HTML from word in - prior to cutting and pasting into WANEWS?
Can you please explain a little more how I do this?

You can open the HTML file in FF or IE by using the file path in Windows. Like: file:///C:/pathtofile

Once opened, you can then view source and copy/paste.
