IFrames allow you to embed an HTML page within another page. You can equip iframes with scrollbars, colored borders and more. Pretty cool.
To add an iFrame, simply place a text box on your page large enough to handle the content you want to display in the iFrame. Set the width by stretching the textbox and the height by checking the Lock Height box in the text box properties. Then drag the lower border of the text box down to the height you need.
At the text insertion point in the text box, press Ctrl+T. Enter the iFrame code into the Insert HTML window and save.
